Position Overview

We are in search of a compassionate and skilled OB/GYN physician to join our Women’s Health team, offering comprehensive care for women at every stage of life. This position allows for the practice of full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology. Our department is equipped to provide extensive women’s health services, including our newly launched Menopause & Wellness Program—the first of its kind in the region, focusing on personalized care for women during midlife and beyond, as well as gynecologic oncology, high-risk pregnancy management, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures using robotic technology.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary group dedicated to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based treatments, perform surgical procedures, and educate patients on preventive health strategies, all while contributing to the advancement of women’s health in our community.

Our OB/GYN department collaborates closely with various specialties, ensuring streamlined tertiary care with maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, critical care, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and family planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum management.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of women’s health conditions, such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infertility, and menopause-related issues.
  • Perform gynecologic and obstetric surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, in accordance with our standards of excellence.
  • Support and lead specialized initiatives like the Menopause & Wellness Program, offering expert guidance on hormonal changes, symptom management, and long-term health strategies.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care for patients throughout all life stages.
  • Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive strategies for bone, cardiovascular, and overall wellness.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of over 800 providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and adhere to quality and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with clinical guidelines, best practices, and emerging research through continuing education and professional development.
  • Engage in community outreach, seminars, and educational programs to raise awareness of women’s health issues in the region.
Qualifications
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Proven clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
