Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist to become a part of our expanding women's health team. The selected physician will offer a wide range of gynecological services, which include preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological issues, office-based procedures, and surgical interventions when necessary. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing empathetic, evidence-based care while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive gynecological care to patients across all age groups.
  • Conduct annual well-woman exams and preventive screenings.
  • Diagnose and manage gynecological disorders and conditions.
  • Perform office-based procedures such as colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and other minor interventions.
  • Carry out gynecological surgeries as deemed appropriate.
  • Review and interpret laboratory, pathology, and imaging results, communicating findings to patients.
  • Maintain precise and timely medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and overall women's health.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Possession of an active New York State medical license or the ability to obtain one.
  • DEA registration.
  • Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication abilities.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
