What you’ll bring:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Knowledge of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) processes
  • Strong skills in assessment, report-writing, and collaborating with IEP teams
  • Ability to organize caseload, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively
  • Adaptability and compassion to meet varied student needs

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare for, participate in, and document ARD meetings as required
  • Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop IEP goals and document progress for a small caseload of students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services as outlined in IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
