Job Description

What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Knowledge of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) processes
- Strong skills in assessment, report-writing, and collaborating with IEP teams
- Ability to organize caseload, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively
- Adaptability and compassion to meet varied student needs
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare for, participate in, and document ARD meetings as required
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop IEP goals and document progress for a small caseload of students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
