This on-site position enables you to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners, providing essential resource therapy services and being the primary SLP on campus.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
  • Direct experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation
  • Ability to work independently as the sole SLP on-site
  • Existing or current fingerprint clearance with the district, or eligibility via ACHA Clearinghouse
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students in grades PK-8
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in resource therapy settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance
  • Participate in school meetings and provide professional recommendations as the on-site SLP
