Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience or strong interest working in school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP process and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing direct, in-person therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with varying needs
• Conduct assessments and assist in the development and implementation of IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain meticulous documentation in line with school and district protocols
• Participate in meetings, including the initial session scheduled for the morning of 8/7 for role specifics
• Provide ongoing feedback and progress reports to stakeholders
