Job Summary

A legal services organization in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Paralegal with employment law experience for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing case documentation, and helping employment law matters move forward efficiently.

The Paralegal will work in a professional, team-focused legal environment where accuracy, organization, and communication are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

- Support attorneys with employment law matters, including case preparation, document management, and legal correspondence.
- Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related materials.
- Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines to ensure matters remain on track.
- Assist with discovery, document production, records requests, and factual investigation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, agencies, and internal team members.
- Provide administrative and legal support to help attorneys prepare for hearings, mediations, depositions, and other case events.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.
