Locums PA - Family Practice Opportunity in CA

Job Responsibilities

• Full-time schedule: 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts, and an option for 4 days of 9-hour shifts.
• One evening shift per week (9 AM - 7 PM) and one weekend day each month.
• Manage a patient load of 20-24 during an 8-hour shift, and 25-27 during a 9-hour shift.
• Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, agricultural family demographic.
• Provide care for patients aged 6 months and older.
• Deliver primary care, preventive services, and same-day care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care is necessary.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
