Locums PA - Family Practice Position in CA

Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with options for 8-hour or 4/9-hour shifts
- Shifts: One evening shift weekly and one weekend day each month
- Patient Load: 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 patients per 9-hour shift
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age Range: Patients aged 6 months and older
- Care Type: Primary care, preventive care, and same-day services in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care
