Key Responsibilities

• Provide call-only coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a 30-minute response time.
• Manage an average of 2 patients per shift, including 2 phone consultations and 1 admission every 24 hours.
• Offer inpatient and emergency call coverage.
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds.
• Conduct various types of deliveries, including vaginal, forceps, breech, cesarean sections, and multiple births.
• Execute surgical gynecology procedures, both open and laparoscopic.
• Handle minor gynecology tasks such as IUD placements, colposcopies, LEEP procedures, cystoscopies, and cryosurgeries.
• Manage VBACs, abruptions, and repairs for 3rd and 4th degree lacerations.

Compensation Details

Hourly rates range from $150.00 to $225.00.
