Locum Tenens NP - Hospitalist Opportunity in CA

Shift Details

• Day: 7 AM - 7 PM
• Swing: 12 PM - 12 AM or 1 PM - 1 AM
• Night: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a total of 53 admissions every 24 hours
• Maintain an average daily census of 336 patients at 7 AM
• Work in an inpatient hospital environment
• Day rounders will focus on observation, long-term stays, and end-of-life care
• Night Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will handle cross-cover and rapid response, with no admissions

Requirements

• ACLS certification is mandatory
• Hospital privileges are required

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $75.00 to $100.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
