Ascend Staffing is recruiting for Production Workers for a leading bread dough manufacturing facility in Centralia, WA! ScheduleGraveyard Shift

  • 6:00 PM 6:30 AM

  • 12-hour shifts

  • Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next (Pitman Schedule)

  • Every other weekend off

  • Overtime available based on production needs

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Package bread dough products

  • Monitor production lines for quality and efficiency

  • Perform quality control inspections

  • Inspect packaging, labels, and pallets

  • Stack finished products onto pallets

  • Move materials throughout the production area

  • Supply production lines with ingredients and packaging materials

  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

  • Follow food safety and GMP procedures

  • Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained

  • Record production and quality information

  • Prepare finished products for shipping

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Assist with general production duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Strong attendance and punctuality

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC/Marijuana
