Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in elementary schools or with specialized, low-incidence student populations is a plus.
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, driving IEP goal development, and delivering direct therapy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy, evaluations, and management of IEPs for elementary and/or specialized K–12 students.
- Deliver adaptive and multidisciplinary support, especially in AAC and complex needs environments.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress.
