Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician eager to join a well-respected and collaborative team of OB/GYN specialists. This opening arises from a surge in demand for OB/GYN services from the communities we serve, who consistently select our Family Birthing and Surgical Suites as their preferred choice for women’s and mother-baby care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join an established practice that welcomes 32-35 new patients each month.
  • Enjoy a flexible four-day workweek with dedicated surgical time—note that there is currently no robotics program.
  • Perform in-office procedures such as LEEP, cryotherapy, colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, Nexplanon, IUD insertion, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
  • Refer patients for urology and GYN/ONC services as needed.
  • Participate in a call schedule of 1:5 at a single hospital, with a daily call stipend of $450.
  • Manage an average of 50 deliveries per month, contributing to approximately 600 births annually, including a significant number of high-risk pregnancies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be comfortable handling high-risk obstetrics.
  • Obstetricians are required to reside in Morris and maintain a 20-minute response time.
  • Strong referral relationships with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists at a tertiary care center.
Working Conditions

Our facility is a Level II Perinatal Center, featuring a dedicated operating room, eight labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) rooms, and four non-stress test (NST) and triage rooms. Anesthesiologists and pediatricians are available at all times to support patient care.
