Job Description
Hospitalist Opportunities
- 168 shifts annually
- Shift timings include 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM, and 9 AM - 9 PM
- Primarily a 7 on / 7 off work schedule
- Hospitalist services are available at both the Waterloo and Cedar Falls locations
- Open ICU with coverage by Intensivists
- Interest in performing procedures is appreciated but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $280,056
- Signing bonus of $50,000
- Relocation assistance of $15,000
- Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided by the employer
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
- Two retirement plans: 403(b) with employer matching and a 457(b) Savings Plan
- Employer-funded Short Term Disability, with an option to purchase Long Term Disability at a low cost
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000 per year
