Schedule: Full Time / Part Time / PRN

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and individualized care plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to your scope of practice.
  • Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
  • Complete all required orientations, in-services, and training promptly and successfully.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements
  • Possess a valid professional license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited program. If trained abroad, the program must be recognized as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.
