Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
• Travel: This role requires travel between patient residences.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program recognized by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association, or eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients and deliver Occupational Therapy services based on the written orders from the attending physician.
• Oversee and guide Occupational Therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides in providing direct client care and related activities.
• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy services provided by the department, including scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing tasks.
• Adhere to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in Colorado.
