OB/GYN Physician with Flexible Schedule Options in Northern Maine
Job Description
Our organization is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to enhance access to care at our established and expanding practice located in Presque Isle, Maine. You will be part of a skilled team comprising Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives who handle first calls, and dedicated support personnel in this hospital-employed general OB/GYN role. We welcome applications from new graduates as well!
Position Highlights:- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a provider schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
- Delivery Volume: Participate in over 200 deliveries annually, with an increase anticipated this year.
- Shared Call: Call responsibilities are evenly distributed among providers, with CNMs managing the majority of first calls.

The annual base salary ranges from $341,650 to $365,000, with opportunities for additional earnings based on productivity. This compensation range reflects our organization’s expectations for setting wages for this position and may not encompass all potential additional compensation elements, such as call pay and leadership stipends.
