Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 DOE

- No billing requirement
- Provide high-level support to corporate and tax attorneys.
- Prepare, revise, format, proofread, and finalize transactional documents and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and attorney schedules.
- Coordinate document production and organization for corporate transactions.
- Maintain and organize client files and records.
- Assist with closing binders, signature pages, due diligence materials, and other transactional documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and business professionals.
- 3+ years of law firm experience, with corporate, tax, or transactional legal support experience required.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, complex formatting, redlining, and document management.
- Strong Adobe Acrobat experience, including PDF editing, bookmarking, combining, and preparing documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar and workflow management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
