A highly respected law firm in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Corporate & Tax Legal Assistant to join its growing practice. This position supports a sophisticated corporate and transactional team and is ideal for a legal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys complex work, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to attorneys and clients.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to corporate and tax attorneys.
  • Prepare, revise, format, proofread, and finalize transactional documents and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and attorney schedules.
  • Coordinate document production and organization for corporate transactions.
  • Maintain and organize client files and records.
  • Assist with closing binders, signature pages, due diligence materials, and other transactional documents.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and business professionals.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of law firm experience, with corporate, tax, or transactional legal support experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, complex formatting, redlining, and document management.
  • Strong Adobe Acrobat experience, including PDF editing, bookmarking, combining, and preparing documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar and workflow management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
