We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapy services to students throughout Michigan. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop the skills needed for success in the educational setting.
Responsibilities
•Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
•Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
•Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy notes.
•Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications
•Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
•Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
•Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
