Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid and current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with K-8 students, ideally in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a cross-categorical caseload, including students with a wide range of needs
• Collaborative approach and passion for working on multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Engage with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress
• Deliver therapy services that address articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication
• Monitor and document student performance, maintaining thorough records
• Provide consultation and support to school staff and families
