You'll have the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 50 enthusiastic elementary-aged learners for the 2026/2027 academic year. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
  • Ability to assess, develop goals, and implement treatment plans for a diverse elementary caseload
  • Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary students
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—direct, group, or consultative as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development initiatives
