Job Description

We are seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services to a manageable caseload—capped at 55 students—across a full-time or part-time schedule. This is a contract opportunity available now and continuing through June 2027. Hours range from 35 to 40 per week, with five days onsite each week, giving you both consistency and flexibility.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with K-6th grade, preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in an onsite environment
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students identified with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver services in accordance with school policies and regulations
