Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license required
- South Carolina Teaching license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Monitor student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute valuable insights for each student
- Serve as a vital resource to the school community, sharing strategies and recommendations
This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28th, 2027. The schedule has you working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within one supportive campus.
