We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager - Graveyard to lead overnight manufacturing operations for a stable and growing food manufacturing organization in Kent, WA. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise overnight production activities, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Coach, mentor, schedule, and develop production team members while addressing attendance, performance, and workforce needs.
- Serve as the primary operational leader during graveyard shift, troubleshooting issues related to production, staffing, maintenance, inventory, and quality.
- Monitor workflow, labor utilization, production output, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with quality, maintenance, warehouse, inventory, and distribution teams to support smooth plant operations and product movement.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with food manufacturing, sanitation, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Overnight / graveyard shift.
- Location: Kent, WA.
