What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of our clinical department
- Recruit, train, and develop staff in collaboration with your leadership team
- Engage directly with residents to assess their needs and services, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of their status in our electronic care system
- Supervise aides, nurses, and other care staff, delegating nursing duties to unlicensed personnel as necessary
- Fulfill other leadership responsibilities as required
- Valid Nursing license in the state
- Experience in skilled nursing, geriatric nursing, or dementia care
- Proven skills in budgeting and cost management
- Understanding of service plan development, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety protocols
- Ability to foster teamwork, leadership, and responsiveness to residents’ needs
