Bilingual BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical expertise, leadership, and constructive feedback to ensure the success of each assigned client case.
• Ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical practices, leading to impactful progress and satisfaction with our services.
• Provide direct services, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and oversight of assigned client cases, while also consulting on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors.
• Support the professional development of your clinical team by offering guidance, mentoring, and encouragement to Program Managers and Interventionists.
• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly / 110 hours monthly).
• Ensure quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards, including direct observation and necessary protocol modifications.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatment strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance management metrics to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Offer training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST) techniques.
• Collaborate with school personnel when necessary, conducting observations and providing behavioral recommendations and training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices.
• Ability to effectively manage time between billable and non-billable hours, as well as onsite and in-office supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear language, proper grammar, and spelling.
• A positive team player with a strong customer service orientation; bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
• Experience in fields such as Behavior Analysis, Autism, Social Learning, Developmental Conditions, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Services is encouraged.

Working Conditions

This role may involve travel within areas such as Sylmar, Granada Hills, San Fernando, Northridge, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, Woodland Hills, Encino, Universal City, Glendale, and nearby locations.
