Join Our Team as an Outpatient OBGYN Physician

We are looking for dedicated outpatient OBGYN Physicians to become part of our expanding women's services program in Central and Southern Delaware. With approximately 2,800 deliveries each year (1,800 in Kent and 1,000 in Sussex) and a growing population, this position offers a chance to thrive in a high-volume, well-supported setting while having the flexibility to customize your role according to your career aspirations.

Outpatient OBGYN Highlights
  • Focus on outpatient care with around 3 hospital coverage shifts monthly.
  • Deliveries at either the Kent Campus in Dover or the Sussex Campus in Milford.
  • Modern clinic facilities:
    • Dover: Recently renovated, conveniently located just minutes from the hospital.
    • Milford: Clinic situated on or near the campus for efficient workflow.
