\n Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

We're seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. Previous maintenance experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, basic tool knowledge, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do\n
    \n
  • Assist with building and facility maintenance projects
  • \n
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • \n
  • Complete basic repairs, painting, drywall patching, and carpentry tasks
  • \n
  • Help maintain grounds, including seasonal snow removal
  • \n
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • \n
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • \n
  • Respond to maintenance requests and support facility operations
  • \n
What We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools
  • \n
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • \n
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • \n
  • Basic computer skills
  • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • \n
  • Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, automotive, military, warehouse, or trade experience is a plus, but not required
  • \n

Additional Requirements & Responsibilities

\n
\nResponsibilities may include, but not limited to:\n
    \n
  • Performs Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and safety checks
  • \n
  • Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
  • \n
  • Maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts, and modifies the facilities, buildings, and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • \n
  • Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.\n
\n
\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n
\n
\n6+ months experience in the facilities maintenance field\n
\n
\nExcellent customer service skills.\n
\n
\nAbility to take initiative and be a self-starter;\n
\n
\nAdhere to OSHA safety regulations approved standards, policies and procedures\n
\n
\nInterface with peers, staff, vendors, contractors to appropriately resolve issues.\n
\n
\nBe able to be on-call\n
