Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure required for school-based practice
- Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Confident communicator committed to fostering student success
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy for students with a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and measurable goals
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP team meetings
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support generalization of communication skills across the curriculum
- Provide both direct and consultative services as needed, adapting interventions for various age groups and caseloads
