This opportunity invites qualified SLP professionals—including Clinical Fellows (CFs)—to provide targeted support and make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a supportive school environment.

You will directly support a small, manageable caseload of 10 to 14 students, ensuring high-quality, individualized therapy sessions. Your schedule features 10 to 14 hours of direct therapy and 2 to 4 hours of indirect services weekly, offering a balanced approach to hands-on care and essential planning or collaborative work.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and eligibility or possession of CCC-SLP credentials
  • Recent graduates eligible; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students, following IEP goals and school guidelines
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and services provided
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Offer case management support and participate in IEP meetings, as needed
