Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with options for 8-hour or 4/9-hour shifts.
- Shifts: One evening shift weekly and one weekend day each month.
- Patient Load: 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25-27 patients per 9-hour shift.
- Guidelines: Scheduling rules prevent consecutive complex visits.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily serving Spanish-speaking, farm-working families.
- Care Focus: Primary care, preventive services, and same-day care for patients aged 6 months and older.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), with at least 1 year in primary care.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous.
