Locums PA - Family Practice Opportunity in CA
Job Description
Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens process. Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts; option for 4 days of 9-hour shifts.
- Evening Shift: One evening per week (9 AM - 7 PM).
- Weekend Requirement: One weekend day each month.
- Patient Load: 20 - 24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 patients during a 9-hour shift.
- Population Served: Primarily Spanish-speaking families working in agriculture, ages 6 months and older.
- Care Type: Focus on primary care, preventive services, and same-day care in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
