REGISTERED NURSE

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this role, the RN will:

• Evaluate residents' health status and needs.
• Create and execute personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of care.

As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with therapists, physicians, and family members to achieve rehabilitation objectives and address long-term care requirements.
