Family Medicine Physician - Caldwell Health Plaza
Job Description
Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multi-specialty group practice comprising over 650 providers. We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a dedicated team of 11 Family Medicine professionals in a newly constructed facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. We are open to welcoming residents and are looking for a new physician to enhance our team. The work schedule for this position includes:
- For full-time: 34 hours of patient contact, with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day work week.
- Shared practice call with other eligible Family Medicine providers (approximately 1:40).
The Caldwell Health Plaza, which opened last fall, is a dynamic and fully operational state-of-the-art facility. This Health Plaza is designed to serve community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient location directly off I-84. It provides comprehensive healthcare services for families, offering a wide range of services all in one place, including:
- Extended Hours Urgent Care
- Family Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Occupational Medicine
- Diabetes Care & Education
- Sleep Medicine
- Orthopedics
- Heart Care
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Podiatry
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
- Onsite Lab, X-ray, and Ultrasound
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
- Board certification, or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment.
- Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine.
- Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
