Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care unit for full-time night shifts. In this role, the RN will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to a varied adult patient demographic, which includes individuals recovering from surgery, those with medical conditions, and step-down patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety.
• Contribute to a patient-centered and community-oriented culture within our supportive hospital setting.
