We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible physician to become a part of our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice at our facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our dedicated team consists of three physicians, two audiologists, and a supportive staff, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Details- Practice Location: Mercy Ear Nose and Throat - Tower West
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- On-Call Requirements: Minimal phone call duties
- Technology: EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Facilities: On-site X-Ray and Lab services
- Compensation: Competitive income guarantee with a productivity-based model
