FL - NP shifts in Titusville, FL - August 31 & September 1, 2, & 4

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for August 31 and September 1, 2, & 4 at their Corporate Health center in Titusville, FL. Provider will see ages 6 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday 7:00am-6:00pm on August 31 and 7:00am-7:00pm on September 1, 2, & 4, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this position. Provider must also be DOT Certified and have active DEA Certificate in Florida. \n
