Exciting opportunity available for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to support preschool-aged students in a contract role for the upcoming academic year. You’ll make a meaningful impact within a dynamic educational environment, helping children build lifelong communication skills.

In this role, you’ll serve a preschool caseload of approximately 35 to 45 students, working closely with educators and families to develop and implement personalized intervention plans. The schedule offers up to 40 hours over five days per week, with a unique structure: two weeks per month are four-day work weeks, while the other two are five days, providing valuable flexibility.

Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado SLP licensure required
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Certification required
  • Accepting SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates
  • Experience with early childhood populations preferred, but dedicated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services for preschool students with communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document students’ progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student’s goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough case documentation
  • Provide expertise and serve as a resource to educational teams
