Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Interest or experience in supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Adaptable and positive communication style, able to connect with young students and staff
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation in a school-based setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students in preschool through 6th grade
• Supervise and mentor two SLPAs, supporting professional growth and collaborative service delivery
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student support plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to create an inclusive environment
