Job Description

This full-time role centers on serving a dynamic PK-6th caseload across four self-contained classrooms, offering you the chance to make a meaningful difference for a diverse range of learners. You’ll collaborate with a team-oriented environment, working closely with two SLPAs to share responsibilities and provide supervision.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Interest or experience in supervising SLPAs is a plus
- Adaptable and positive communication style, able to connect with young students and staff
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation in a school-based setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students in preschool through 6th grade
- Supervise and mentor two SLPAs, supporting professional growth and collaborative service delivery
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student support plans with a multidisciplinary team
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to create an inclusive environment
