This role is ideal for a paralegal with extensive title and survey experience who can independently manage due diligence efforts and take ownership of transactions from start to finish.

A respected and rapidly growing law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a sophisticated real estate practice. This role is ideal for a paralegal with extensive title and survey experience who can independently manage due diligence efforts and take ownership of transactions from start to finish.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
- Annual Bonus Potential: $20,000 - $30,000
- Billable Requirement: 1,500 - 1,700 hours annually
- Hybrid schedule with at least one designated work-from-home day per week and potential for additional flexibility.
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial real estate title and survey review.
- Review title commitments, exception documents, surveys, and related due diligence materials.
- Identify and resolve title and survey issues in coordination with attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties.
- Serve as a key point person in transactions, helping to coordinate and drive deals through closing.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, development projects, and other commercial real estate matters.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Significant experience handling commercial real estate title and survey review.
- Ability to independently oversee and "quarterback" complex transactions.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate due diligence and closing processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Candidates with extensive title and survey experience will be strongly preferred, regardless of total years of experience.
