We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Regional Director of Urogynecology to spearhead and expand our urogynecology program throughout Southeast Michigan. - Medical degree (MD or DO) completion
- Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Proven leadership experience or a strong interest in physician leadership and program development
- DEA license
- Current ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
As the Regional Director, your role will include:
- Providing clinical and strategic oversight for the urogynecology program across various locations
- Collaborating in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to enhance operational and clinical outcomes
- Leading the establishment and growth of a new and evolving program structure
- Standardizing and establishing:
- Clinical protocols and care pathways
- Best practices across all sites
- Program workflows and operational efficiencies
- Assisting in provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
- Encouraging a collaborative, patient-centered culture within the care team
- Guiding initiatives focused on quality, performance, and patient experience
- Acting as a key contributor in strategic planning and service line growth
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also:
- Assess and manage a comprehensive range of pelvic floor disorders
- Conduct advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
- Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team
- Engage in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
