A nationally recognized plaintiff litigation firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling high-stakes, catastrophic injury cases. This is an opportunity to work on complex matters involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, including trucking accidents, infant brain injury cases, sexual assault matters, and other significant litigation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Discretionary annual bonus

- Manage a docket of approximately 30 active litigation cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist with all phases of discovery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Organize and maintain complex and sensitive case files.
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and other trial materials.
- Provide onsite trial support and travel as needed.
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, preferably with a Texas law firm.
- Strong legal writing, proofreading, and document drafting skills.
- Experience managing cases independently and handling multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and emotionally challenging case details.
- Trial preparation experience required; actual trial experience is highly preferred.
- Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
