School Speech Language Pathologist - Estill Springs, TN

We’re looking for speech-language professionals driven to make a difference in young learners’ lives. Both experienced SLPs (CCC required), CFYs, and SLPAs with prior school or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLP/CFY), or associate’s/bachelor’s for SLPA
• Valid state licensure/certification relevant to this setting
• SLP-CCC credential (SLPs) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience in school environments, pediatric settings, or healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of IEP processes and evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and support staff
• Engage families, providing resources and updates for student success
• Integrate a variety of service delivery models, including direct, consultative, and virtual sessions as needed
