Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants welcome
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings highly valued
• Working knowledge of best practices in speech therapy for children and youth
• Comfortable utilizing technology and teletherapy platforms, though this position is in person
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to create supportive, effective therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Stay current with evidence-based interventions for pediatric speech-language services
