Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings highly valued
- Working knowledge of best practices in speech therapy for children and youth
- Comfortable utilizing technology and teletherapy platforms, though this position is in person
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teaching staff and families to create supportive, effective therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Stay current with evidence-based interventions for pediatric speech-language services
