Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and revising care plans, administering medications and treatments, and meticulously documenting all activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).

In this role, you will work collaboratively with therapists, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), healthcare providers, and family members to achieve rehabilitation objectives and address long-term care requirements, all while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation and long-term care goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
