Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.
We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants, alongside 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents currently in training. One resident is designated for the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located about a mile away.

Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $450,000 to $550,000.
This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000.
