Key Responsibilities- Rounding hours: 8 AM - 5 PM; On-call hours: 5 PM - 8 AM
- Transitioning to a flexible schedule of 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
- Managing an average patient census of 12
- Working in a 17-bed unit
- Providing care for both children and adults, including child/adolescent psychiatry
- Handling both voluntary and involuntary admissions
- Cross-privileging at multiple locations
- We negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly deposits
