WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employees begin in one production position and must learn and demonstrate proficiency before moving into additional roles.
CleanerRemove old labels and caps from propane tanks
Prepare tanks for the production line
Place tanks onto the conveyor
Operate production equipment
Safely remove remaining propane from tanks
Follow all equipment and safety procedures
Fill propane tanks according to production requirements
Ensure tanks are filled to the correct level
Follow safety and quality procedures
Weigh propane tanks
Verify proper tank weight
Identify tanks that do not meet quality standards
Secure caps onto propane tanks
Inspect tanks for proper completion
Move finished tanks down the production line
Stack completed propane tanks
Organize tanks for storage or shipment
Maintain a safe and organized work area
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Industrial propane production facility
Fast-paced production line
Repetitive physical work
Standing and moving throughout the shift
Working around propane tanks, machinery, noise, and industrial odors
Must be comfortable performing hands-on production work
Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
No previous experience required
Willingness to learn multiple production positions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to learn processes step-by-step
Comfortable performing repetitive work
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Must be available to work Saturdays
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, including THC
Must pass background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
