Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or pending licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy delivery a plus
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, families, and fellow specialists
- Knowledge of communication disorders, IEP processes, and intervention planning
- Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to student progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and interpret results for eligibility and progress monitoring
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
- Track student goals, outcomes, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff
- Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions both in-person and via teletherapy if needed
- Educate families and offer resources to promote skill generalization at home
