• K–5 elementary setting providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and managing IEPs for a diverse population of young learners.
• K–12 separate school specializing in services for students with disabilities, focusing on adaptive communication strategies (including AAC) and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive support for complex needs.

Ideal candidates will bring a solid foundation in speech-language pathology, enthusiasm for school-based practice, and a passion for empowering students to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina State Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
• Experience working with elementary students and/or students with significant disabilities highly valued
• Confident in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct treatment services
• Ability to support both traditional and specialized caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy
